Digital Sales/Telesales Specialist
As we continue our growth spurt, we are looking for Media Sales Specialists who are confident and highly competitive go-getters who thrive on setting ambitious goals and achieving them. Enthusiasm, ambition and sense of urgency are key.
- Actively acquire and close new deals with high-profile agencies and brands
- Prospect for new accounts, self-source leads, prepare effective sales/prospecting scripts, cold call, and research to generate sales
- Drive new revenue
- Consistently attain and/or surpass sales targets and hitting revenue targets
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- 3-5 years of online digital sales experience with a deep knowledge of digital media products and advertising
- As a creative solution-oriented thinker, be incredibly sharp, highly motivated, and professionally mature
- Possess strong working knowledge of the online advertising space
- Proven experience as a self-starting closer who can create a large pipeline of business within a short period of time
- Strong experience owning the sales cycle from lead generation to close, creating and driving revenue
- Demonstrated ability to perform against quota and excel in a highly competitive market
- Comfort to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Demonstrated success with self-sourcing leads, high volume cold-calling, being persuasive and repetitively overcoming objections to close business
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Fluent English and German speaking
